Digital Account Manager

We need a results-oriented Digital Account Manager to manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns and ensure accuracy, quality assurance, and account retention.  This role will manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve KPIs. They will nurture customer relationships and establish true partnerships. It requires not only a dive deep into data to understand trends, but also communicating the “why” behind results and making actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales and strategy team to build proposals, implement custom campaigns and optimization strategies
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer by developing long term partnerships
  • Manage live campaigns by monitoring pacing and delivery
  • Set expectations for all agency/client interactions by bringing issues and concerns to a clients’ attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and addressing potential delivery delays
  • Record and manage the scope and timing of ongoing maintenance and optimization projects
  • Provide outstanding customer and account support, both internally and externally
  • Provide regular reports and insights into the performance of campaigns and ad sources for each of our ad channels
  • Craft detailed reports using all data available and craft roadmaps based off data and industry trends and standards
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
Requirements:
  • Experience with online advertising, ad serving technologies, and managing online advertising campaigns
  • Able to grasp technical concepts and be able to translate them into non-technical terms
  • Strong relationship and organizational management skills
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics
  • 2+ years of Paid Social Media Ads
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth
  • Must be able to remain calm and collected under any type of pressure
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Ability to review, compile, and analyze data and information from multiple sources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
