The Challenge
Corewell Health (formerly Spectrum Health) is a not-for-profit, integrated, managed care health care organization based in West Michigan. Subsidiaries include hospitals, treatment facilities, and urgent care facilities, as well as physician practices serving the West Michigan area.
Corewell approached MPP pre-pandemic with the need for a general branding campaign. MPP got to work preparing the branding campaign and securing all the media. Then, the pandemic hit.
The Solution
Spectrum had to change direction, messaging, and creative. MPP facilitated all these changes, canceling buys, moving buys, swapping creative, and adjusting plans.
